A firm name and a PQE band tell you almost nothing about a job. We find out the caseload, who supervises it, how billing targets are set, and whether the department is growing or covering a gap — then we tell you, including the parts that make it less appealing.

Not through us. We name every firm and get your explicit approval before a CV moves, and we run a conflict check first. In a market this small that matters more than it does anywhere else.
Both. Paralegal, legal secretarial and costs roles are a genuine part of the desk rather than an afterthought.
As a guide, not a gate. Firms advertise 2–4 PQE and hire at five all the time. If the work matches your experience we will make that case for you rather than let a filter drop you.
