Cookie policy
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device, usually to remember something between visits. UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) requires your consent before any cookie that is not strictly necessary is set.
What this site uses
Nothing. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no social media trackers, no session cookies. Filter selections on the jobs page are held in the page URL rather than stored on your device, which is why a filtered search can be bookmarked and shared.
If we add analytics later
⚠️ If you add Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or similar, you must add a consent banner that blocks those scripts until the visitor opts in, and update this page to list each cookie, its purpose and its lifetime. Loading the script first and asking afterwards is the most common compliance failure on recruitment sites, and it is exactly what the ICO has been writing to companies about.
A privacy-first alternative worth considering: Plausible or Fathom give you the traffic numbers you actually need without setting cookies at all, which keeps this page short and keeps you out of the banner business entirely.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Since we set none, doing so will not affect how this site works.
